  • Accommodation

    Located in the newest part of Southend Sea, 500m from the beach, with an interior courtyard, reminiscent of the old Andalusian patios, where the permanent fountain gives you a restful freshness, that provide wonderful mornings or evenings devoted to reading and/or just rest simple rest.

    For the night owls, the many terraces, bars and nightclubs which the most famous village of Southwest Alentejo offers, in a rural setting with the mingle of smells and flavors from the pines and the Alentejo plains.

    The prime location allows, in addition to fast and easy access to beaches, fishing sports, diving and performing memorable hiking or biking, which can be enjoyed by the cliffs and paths that cut the coastal heath, sometimes covered for corn and other colorful meadows where the cattle breed and horse Limousine mark constant presence.

    The accommodation consists of 10 double rooms, which converge to the patio.

    The rooms are decorated in a sober and simple style. The rooms have private bathroom and are equipped with TV and fridge.

    Among St.Torpes and Burgau (Western Algarve and Alentejo Litoral), the Natural Park of Southwest Alentejo and Vincentian Coast includes the municipalities of Sines, Beja, Lagos and Vila do Bispo and a strip of sea about 2 miles parallel to the coast. Expressions such as 'sandy beaches', 'rocky shore line', 'islets and cliffs' and 'veins of water flowing into the sea,' inserted in the same sentence are synonyms of Southwest Alentejo and Costa Vincentian.

    The Coast of Southend Sea is integrated in the Natural Park of Southwest Alentejo and Costa Vincentian.

    Its coastline is trimmed with cliffs and small beaches, that outside the tourist season, are havens used by few. These are in addition to the central beach of Zambujeira do Mar, the beaches of Alteirinhos, Nossa Senhora, Arquinha and Tonel.

Guarantee Policy: Sign deposit in 5 days after the pre-reservation confirmation. For stays up to 3 night's even prompted a sign in the amount of 1 nights stay per accommodation. For stays longer than 3 nights will be asked for a payment in the amount of 40% of the reservation. Proof of payment of the deposit must be submitted and identified via email or fax within the stipulated period. If the reception of the same is not confirmed, that pre-booking will be canceled.
Conditions and terms of cancellation: All canceled reservations will not be refunded the amount of signaling, unless the canceled accommodation is rented. In the case of early Check-Out dates booked, whether this change is made after the beginning of the stay or less than 15 days from the date of its inception, will be charged the total price of the stay initially reserved.
In case of No Show, the accommodation will be stored until 12am on the day after Check-In. After this period the client will loose the total booking value signed and the booking will be automatically canceled.
Extra Accommodation: Always on prior reservation
- Children from 0 to 2 years without cradle =don't pay
- Cribs from 0 to 2 years = 10 € / night / child
- 3 to 18 years of extra beds / couch = 15 € / night / child
It's not allowed the accommodation over the number of existing and previously undisclosed beds.

Minimum Stay: From July 1 to September 15, Easter and New Year minimum stay of 7 nights. Minimum stay of 2 nights in other periods, unless agreed with the accommodation and confirmed by reservation.
Acceptance: Booking confirmation implies the knowledge of the general booking conditions, leaving implicit its full acceptance.
Breakfast: Included in the room rate.
